Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy
PC Launchpad LLC
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy applies to eligible desktop PC systems purchased directly from PC Launchpad LLC on or after January 1, 2026.
This policy applies only to complete PC systems sold directly by PC Launchpad LLC. It does not apply to products purchased through third-party retailers, affiliate links, individual components purchased separately, digital products, peripherals, accessories, add-ons, surplus inventory, or items sold “as-is,” “for parts,” or “broken.”
Important Return Notice
PC Launchpad LLC does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except where a PC arrives defective or non-functional and the customer contacts PC Launchpad LLC within 5 calendar days of delivery.
By purchasing from PC Launchpad LLC, you acknowledge that custom and prebuilt PCs are configured, assembled, tested, and/or procured for specific orders, and that returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, changed mind, accidental purchase, cosmetic preferences, performance expectations, or failure to review product specifications before purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellations may be denied because parts may have already been ordered, allocated, assembled, configured, tested, or otherwise prepared for fulfillment.
If a cancellation is approved, PC Launchpad LLC may deduct any non-recoverable costs, payment processing fees, or costs already incurred in connection with the order.
Defective Arrival Return Policy
If your PC arrives defective or non-functional, you must contact PC Launchpad LLC at support@pclaunchpad.com within 5 calendar days of delivery.
PC Launchpad LLC may require photos, videos, troubleshooting steps, remote diagnostics, system logs, proof of delivery, packaging photos, or other information before approving a return, repair, replacement, or refund.
If PC Launchpad LLC confirms that the PC arrived defective or non-functional, PC Launchpad LLC may, at its discretion, offer one or more of the following remedies:

Repair of the system

Replacement of the system or affected component

Refund of the purchase price
A refund is not automatically granted for every defective-arrival claim. PC Launchpad LLC reserves the right to inspect the PC and determine the appropriate remedy.
Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or returns shipped without prior written approval from PC Launchpad LLC may be rejected. PC Launchpad LLC may deduct shipping costs, inspection costs, payment processing fees, damage costs, or other non-recoverable expenses from any approved refund where permitted by law.
12-Month Limited Warranty
PC Launchpad LLC provides a 12-month limited warranty on eligible PC systems purchased directly from PC Launchpad LLC.
The warranty period begins on the date the PC is delivered to the customer.
This limited warranty covers hardware defects and labor for eligible warranty repairs during the warranty period. It also covers defects related to the original operating system or software installation performed by PC Launchpad LLC at the time the PC was configured.
This limited warranty does not guarantee any specific gaming, rendering, productivity, benchmark, thermal, acoustic, or software performance unless that guarantee is expressly stated in writing by PC Launchpad LLC.
Warranty Service and RMA Process
For covered warranty claims, PC Launchpad LLC may troubleshoot the issue, repair the system, coordinate a manufacturer RMA, replace the affected component, or provide another reasonable remedy at its discretion.
For replacement of non-functioning hardware, PC Launchpad LLC may work through the manufacturer’s RMA process to obtain a replacement part. Manufacturer RMA timelines, part availability, and replacement decisions may be outside PC Launchpad LLC’s control.
If the exact original component is unavailable, discontinued, delayed, or impractical to replace, PC Launchpad LLC may use an equivalent or better component as a replacement.
PC Launchpad LLC covers labor for approved warranty repairs during the warranty period.
For approved warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping the PC to PC Launchpad LLC unless PC Launchpad LLC agrees otherwise in writing. PC Launchpad LLC will cover shipping the repaired PC back to the customer after the repair is completed.
Warranty service is available only within the United States.
Original Packaging Requirement
Customers are strongly required to keep the original PC shipping packaging, including the box, foam, padding, internal supports, and protective materials.
If a PC is shipped to PC Launchpad LLC without the original packaging or without equivalent protective packaging, the customer assumes the risk of shipping damage. Damage caused by improper packaging, insufficient packaging, or shipping without the original protective materials is not covered by this limited warranty.
PC Launchpad LLC may deny warranty coverage, charge repair costs, or deduct damage costs if the PC is damaged during shipping due to improper packaging.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:

Issues caused by user error

Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling

Damage caused by improper shipping or insufficient packaging
-
Damage caused by improper installation, setup, storage, or operation
-
Damage caused by power surges, improper electrical current, lightning, flood, fire, natural disasters, or other external events
-
Damage caused by dust buildup, liquid exposure, impact, excessive heat, pests, or environmental conditions
-
Cosmetic damage, unless reported within 5 calendar days of delivery and confirmed by PC Launchpad LLC
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Software issues outside of the original operating system or software installation performed by PC Launchpad LLC
-
Malware, viruses, corrupted files, driver conflicts, failed software updates, user-installed applications, or third-party software issues
-
Game, application, or workload performance not meeting customer expectations
-
Data loss, data recovery, or backup services
-
Peripherals, monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers, external accessories, or other third-party devices
-
Digital products
-
Add-ons not installed or provided by PC Launchpad LLC
-
Products purchased through third-party retailers or affiliate links
-
Items sold as surplus, “as-is,” “for parts,” or “broken”
Customer Modifications and Upgrades
Customer modifications, upgrades, repairs, part replacements, BIOS changes, overclocking, undervolting, firmware changes, or other alterations may affect warranty eligibility.
Such actions do not automatically void the entire warranty in every case. However, PC Launchpad LLC may deny warranty coverage for any issue that PC Launchpad LLC reasonably determines was caused by, contributed to, or made harder to diagnose by a customer modification, third-party repair, part replacement, software change, BIOS change, overclock, undervolt, or other alteration.
Examples of modifications that may affect warranty coverage include, but are not limited to:

Replacing or adding components

Installing additional RAM, storage, graphics cards, cooling components, or power supplies
-
Removing, reseating, or modifying installed components
-
Overclocking or undervolting the CPU, GPU, RAM, or other components
-
Updating or modifying the BIOS or firmware
-
Changing fan curves, voltage settings, thermal limits, or power limits
-
Installing software that affects system stability, drivers, firmware, or hardware behavior
-
Service or repair performed by anyone other than PC Launchpad LLC
Any warranty coverage after customer modification is at PC Launchpad LLC’s discretion.
Data Backup and Data Loss
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before sending a PC to PC Launchpad LLC for service, repair, return, or inspection.
PC Launchpad LLC is not responsible for data loss, corrupted files, lost software, lost licenses, lost game saves, lost media, lost business data, lost personal data, or any other data-related loss.
Warranty service may require drive testing, operating system repair, operating system reinstallation, storage replacement, or other actions that may result in data loss.
Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only at PC Launchpad LLC’s discretion and only in limited circumstances, including where a PC arrives defective or non-functional and PC Launchpad LLC determines that a refund is the appropriate remedy.
PC Launchpad LLC does not provide refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Changed mind
-
Accidental purchase
-
Incorrect order caused by customer error
-
Performance expectations not expressly guaranteed in writing

Cosmetic preferences
-
Failure to review specifications before purchase
-
Incompatibility with a customer’s existing peripherals, software, games, internet connection, workspace, or setup
-
Delays caused by manufacturer RMA timelines, shipping carriers, weather, supply shortages, or other events outside PC Launchpad LLC’s control
If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days after approval for PC Launchpad LLC to process the refund. Additional processing time may depend on your financial institution or payment provider.
PC Launchpad LLC may deduct payment processing fees, shipping fees, damage costs, missing items, non-recoverable costs, or other applicable charges from any approved refund where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PC Launchpad LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, loss of business, loss of use, lost profits, replacement equipment costs, inconvenience, downtime, or inability to use the product.
The remedies described in this policy are the customer’s exclusive remedies for covered warranty, return, and refund claims, to the extent permitted by law.
PC Launchpad LLC’s total liability for any claim related to a PC purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product.
Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.
No Unauthorized Changes to This Policy
No reseller, contractor, employee, representative, agent, or third party is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty unless the change is made in writing and approved by PC Launchpad LLC.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law requires otherwise.
